Groove Subaru - AMAZING Service!

This place is where its at. I've been servicing my vehicle here for a little over a year and these guys are absolutely amazing. They have always worked with me and made sure that I only get charged exactly what it is that my car needs - no upsells, no sales pitches, etc. Just EXACTLY what my car needs, nothing more, nothing less. Jason Bade, the manager, is super friendly and isn't afraid to say hi and even write up tickets if his team is backed up. Brett Tossie & Dave Coates are absolutely amazing service advisors. ★★★★★

Groove Toyota - An incredible dealership

I had previously bought a vehicle from this dealership in 2008 and I was helped by CJ Adams. That experience was the best experience I had, which is why I decided to drive from Colorado Springs to buy a car from CJ Adams again! This experience was no different - CJ got us in and out really fast (probably because we weren't able to make it up there until 7:45 at night and I wanted to surprise my husband with a Prius that same night)! CJ was extremely nice and helpful and neither I nor my husband will forget him. If I ever need a car or know someone who needs a car, I will not be hesitant in referring them to Groove Toyota and to CJ Adams. I feel very fortunate to know CJ and I am blessed to have him as my future car salesman! Thank you for having him on your team and thank you for your time with me! ★★★★★

Ralph Schomp MINI - Service Feedback

I love my Mini but am disappointed with the service at Ralph Schomp Mini. After a part broke on my Mini I called to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. The staff that answered the phone said that they had to check all the msgs before they could help me and would call me back. They never called me back. I called a day later to schedule an appt,; the earliest was 2 weeks out. When I came to my appt they took my car back and an hour later came out to tell me that the part was not in stock and they had to order it. I have been to the dealership in Loveland a couple times and had a great experience. even though Ralph Schomp is closer I will be taking my Mini to Loveland after these experiences. ★
