DenverRalph Schomp MINI - Great Experience!!!
I came in to look at a Mini Countryman. I've been researching for the last 6 month and came down to a Subaru or a Mini. Four wheel drive is a must!!! I drove a Subaru first and it seemed ok, kind like my mom's car. Then came into Schomp Mini. Chad greeted me in the showroom. It was actually very nice not to have a salesperson outside waiting for me to get out of my car. I sat down with Chad and went over the features that I wanted. They had a car that was very close to what I built on-line. We drove the car and WOW!!! What a fun car!!! I was sold, but I didn't want to show it...you know how dealers are. I asked Chad for their bottom line price, so Chad explained how they are so "different" and that they are a One Price/Best Price store. First I thought "Great, he will ask me to pay sticker". To my surprise, he takes out his price sheet and the discount are not what I expected at all. From my research I expected to get couple of hundred dollars off and that was it. The discount was a lot better and they don't have a dealer & handling fee. So...I bought it and I love!!!! Thank you Chad and Schomp Mini. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. ★★★★★

Ralph Schomp BMW - Service Experience
Disappointed with the overall experience this time. Was told no loaners would be available when I made the appointment but on arriving at the dealership the adviser asked why we didnot ask for a loaner ( and there were more than one lined up). Should have been informed that there would be a cost for putting in Washer Fluid! Also the adviser ( Steven Constabl) should have let us know what services would be performed on the car ( there was a repair that was done ) prior to going ahead and performing the service. Have never dealt with this inefficiency at Ralph Schomp before. And to top it all it is a pity that the car is returned to the customer without a wash....all it should me was a total disregard for customer service. ★

Ralph Schomp MINI - Service Feedback
I love my Mini but am disappointed with the service at Ralph Schomp Mini. After a part broke on my Mini I called to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. The staff that answered the phone said that they had to check all the msgs before they could help me and would call me back. They never called me back. I called a day later to schedule an appt,; the earliest was 2 weeks out. When I came to my appt they took my car back and an hour later came out to tell me that the part was not in stock and they had to order it. I have been to the dealership in Loveland a couple times and had a great experience. even though Ralph Schomp is closer I will be taking my Mini to Loveland after these experiences. ★

I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude from Faricy in Colorado Springs. I have NEVER had a group of men work so hard to make sure that things worked out for me. Oh....and the Jeep. What a great vehicle. In any kind of weather. I liked my first Jeep Liberty so well, that I wanted another one...and this one is even better. And, I got a great deal!! I recommend Faricy to anyone and everyone.

I couldn't have left any happier. After a day of car shopping I showed up frustrated and ready to say screw it. I walk around for a little and started messing around in a 2012 Liberty. Having a Wrangler I was sure I would leave with another Wrangler but didnt happen that way. I test drove the liberty and loved it. They had me approved for financing in minutes and gave me a great price for my 2004 wrangler. Along with having a military discount that they didnt hide from me like that last dealership I got a fair price and wasn't pressured to add on extras. Would highly recommend I will never buy another car from anywhere else!
Great service at The Faricy Boys of Colorado Springs! My old 1985 Jeep Cherokee was almost dead and I needed a new vehicle. Our first thought was "Jeep", our second thought was - The Faricy Boys! Great service, nice and polite. Got a good trade for my old vehicle and after all the paperwork was done my family drove out in our new vehicle - used 2001 Grand Cherokee Limited. Special thanks to Jack Reak for the good service! Now I can drive more and do more work for my favorite charity, Global Action, www.globalaction.com! The only problem that I had with the whole experience was the long wait to get all the paperwork to be processed - I wish the dealership had a faster way to handle this differently.

This is the 2nd Grand Cherokee purchased from Tom & Faircy. Tom knows his product and always works to make the best deal. I also have been very impressed with the Faricy service in the past 3 years, which is another reason for returning to my 2011 Grand for a new 2013.
I just bought a brand new 200 Chrysler from Ron K and was surprised at the deal they made me. I originally had my mind set on another dealer for a used 200 and turned Ron down because the price was not there and they priced my trade in value a little low. That same night I received a call from Mr Faricy himself and he made a deal with me that night. He crunched numbers and readjusted my trade in value and "whallah" like magic, we had a deal. My original payment went down where I needed it and I got the Limited model for what I was going to pay for a basic used model at CARMAX. Awesome! Ron was awesome because he stayed with me by being persistent and taking up to a higher level to get my business. When it was all said and done that day, we lined all the available colors of the 200 Limiteds, and never in my life have I ever had a hard time picking a brand new car.
Ron was very professional and courteous. He kept me constantly informed about the paperwork process and the cleaning of my vehicle. I purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years and this was the best experience that I have had in the past 10 years to include Toyota and Ford.
Jim Carroll was professional and not pushy like a lot of Car salesmen are. He listened to what we wanted and thats what he delivered. Jim was very friendly. Also It was a pleasure to work with David Baldini in Finance as always!

I was in the market for a 2012-2013 Jeep Wrangler. I was visiting Colorado Springs on business and was checking out prices on Jeeps out here. There are so many choices these days on where to buy a veichel but what made the difference for me was the salseman and the rest of the staff of the Faricy Boys dealership. Craig Berhost was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and wanted me to find the exact Jeep I was looking for. Most of all he was honest and did everything he said he was going to and delivered the Jeep that I bought the very next day with everything done that we discussed to the tee! Perfect! I didn't have to ask for anything to be done because he had made sure everything was taken care of. Now, If that's not a five star experience, then I dont know what you'd call it! This may sound like a commercial but it was my new Jeep purchase and my family and I couldn't be happier. We plan on having this Sahara in our family for more than 20 years so I want to personally say thank you to every person at the Faricy Boys store, y'all keep up the GREAT JOB!
Great service from this family owned business and enjoyed the personal attentiveness to our vehicle shopping needs. How many dealerships let you take off for a few hrs or overnight with a vehicle so that you can experience it before committing? This one does. I also appreciate not having to to twist arms to qualify for incentives and a fair trade value. Will do business again.

This is the third new vehicle we've purchased at Faricy Boys in the last two years. Our last car buying experience was terrific, but this week even beat that one. Our salesman Tom worked with us, found the Jeep we wanted, gave us a fair price for the vehicle and gave us a fair price on our trade. This was also the fastest car buying experience we've had. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I recommend the Faricy Boys to anyone purchasing a new vehicle.
I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review, but given the service not all is great! Getting the car we wanted at the price we wanted was awesome, probably the best service in that aspect, but the rest of my experience has not been too pleasant! I had taken the day off to have my remote start installed and they called me the day before and told me they never ordered the part lol? I live two hours away and I called three times to make sure they finally got it in. When I get here, he doesn't bother looking up the sale and starts making me feel as if I drove out here for nothing. I told him I called and confirmed the appointment and when he decides to look me up in the system he doesn't even bother to check the system is paid for, he basically mad me feel as if I'm lying to him about getting a system installed? He also wouldn't give me a straight answer on if they'll be able to take a very faint stain off that was on the seat when I bought the car brand new? My wife noticed their not too polite here? I would like to be a return customer, but after this experience I maybe rethinking?

I met Dave Smith about a year ago back when I had two vehicles I wanted to trade in straight across for one at the Faricy lot. I asked Dave early on to be honest with me no matter what. Even if it means killing the deal. During the whole sales process I appreciated the fact that Dave kept his word of being honest and forthright about everything with me. Well, the deal we were working on actually fell through and didn't work out. Before parting ways I told Dave how much I appreciated his style of salemanship and that I would make it a point to look him up in the future. A good year goes by and I find myself looking to purchase a 2012 model Jeep Wrangler. I walked right in the front door of the Faricy dealership this last weekend and asked the first person I ran into if Dave Smith was in that day. After a brief wait, Dave appeared and we both got reacquainted to each other. I told him I was serious about hunting him down and finding him for my next vehicle purchase. It didnt take long before we had struck a great deal on a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Down to the color and features I wanted. I walked away feeling as though I had made such a great deal and Dave's patience and honesty had everything to do about that. Believe me when I tell you that I will surely look up Dave for the next vehicle I purchase.

Tom, and Steve are the best, The both of them took the time and energy to help me get the jeep of my dreams....they even stayed till 8:00pm on Saturday to finish the job. A++. Will defiantly come back again!
this is the second time I've been into Faricy Service dept. for varying issues with my Jeep- the first time was an electrical issue with my sway bar disconnect. Mike Cope and the guys are Faricy were able to get my Jeep in the same day- just a few hours after I called, as I was having significant electrical issues stemming from the sway bar disconnect. They identified the problem that day, and kept me well informed all throughout the process of the repair. Being in the customer service industry myself, this was something that I very much appreciated. They worked closely with my insurance company to finalize compensation for the job done, and definitely went above and beyond. This second experience last week (3/14)- I thought I was having issues with a Cat going bad. I was able to take the vehicle in the next morning, and it was quickly diagnosed as a bent heat shield that was vibrating against the exhast. They bent the heat shield back- no more noise, and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Rob Hoover did a fantastic job of scheduling the appt., and following through at the end. I've very much appreciated the customer service and CARING attitiude displayed both times I've been in for repais. Having to get your car fixed can be a stressful experience, but the guys at Faricy did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of progress. Good work- I'd recommend Faricy to anyone!!
